Four Aston Martins at this weekends N24 Qualifiers (Updated)

 

Four Aston Martin Racing powered crews will enter this weekends ADAC N24 Nurburgring Qualifiers around the Nurburgring Nordschleife with entries spread over both SP9 (GT3) and SP10/SP8T (GT4) classes.

The locally based Prosport Racing team will be fielding one of each as Alex Brundle pairs up with Mike David Ortmann aboard their #28 SP9 class entry that they and Christoph Breuer shall race again at the forthcoming 24-hour event in May.

Then there is the #78 Vantage SP10 entry of Guido Dumarey, Yevgen Sokolovskiy, Hugo Sasse and Andreas Patzelt.

We then have a matching brace of entries from the Dorr Motorsport team who do almost likewise as they enter their #69 SP9 car for drivers Phil Dorr and Darren Turner alongside their enhanced SP8T (GT4) classed #67 car of Theo Nouet, Frank Weishar, Rolf Scheibner and Sven Schadler

Competing for grid position for the 24-hour race weekend over the 18-21st May, these sixty-eight entries will be more than doubled by the time we get the 24-hour race itself!!

UPDATE - Having now passed his Permit A accreditation, Ben Dorr will now join brother Phil and Darren Turner aboard the team’s SP9 car this weekend
