Public announcements for entries into this seasons ADAC GT4 Germany had a swift boost from the German based Prosport Racing Aston Martin Racing powered team after the confirmed another multi car entry into that series.

The Christoph Esser lead team today confirmed that their 2023 programme would be lead in the ADAC series by their reigning GT4 Germany Champions Mike David Ortmann and Hugo Sasse with the all-woman crew of Gabriela Jilkova and Celia Martin pairing up for their first full season effort together as well as new recruits in brother and sister pairing of Swedish TCR racers Jessica and Andreas Backman.

With the remaining two crews still to be confirmed, most of the others listed above have already been busy behind the wheel of three of the teams Vantage GT4’s at various rounds of the GT Winter Series in Spain over recent weeks with Ortmann and Martin, Jilkova and Jess Backman all claiming class podium finishes between them. Irish racer Alex Denning had also already confirmed his presence within the team in that Series a couple of weeks ago after his 'taster' into the GT Winter Series.

With the ADAC GT4 Germany again expecting another capacity grid this season, these five cars could help bolster the AMR numbers to perhaps beyond the nine that contested the series last season alongside the then two cars from Prosport Racing and the four from the Dorr Motorsport team.

News from the Dorr team is also expected soon after having seen their cars out testing in earnest over recent weeks.
