ADAC GT4 Germany Series kicks off this weekend around Oschersleben

The ADAC GT4 Germany Series kicks off its 2023 season this weekend from the Oschersleben circuit to the west of Berlin with twenty-nine GT4 crews expected to take part within the opening two one-hour races of the season – this time in support of the rekindled DTM Series.

Within that twenty-nine-car entry we expect to see the return of 2022 Champions Hugo Sasse and Mike David Ortmann ‘fresh’ from their ADAC TotalEnergies N24 endeavours around the Nurburgring Nordschleife last weekend where the Prosport Racing team again did well in class against stern opposition and track conditions.

The Prosport Racing team is also expected to field another two Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4’s for drivers Gabriella Jilkova and Celia Martin aboard the #13 car as well as brother and sister duo Jessica and Andreas Bachmann aboard their #19 car.

The Doer Motorsport team also return to the series but with a much-reduced AMR commitment however as Theo Nouet swaps from the Mercedes AMG GT4 platform of last season to partner Ben Dorr in their solo entered car.

All crews should at least be sort of prepared for the oncoming season as having collectively tested at the circuit earlier this month with further crews hopefully confirmed from either team in the coming days.
