Completing what we know to be this weekend’s racing events involving Aston Martin Racing powered teams sees three such crews participate within the FARA USA Memorial 300 at the Homestead Miami Speedway circuit.

No strangers to this series of racing as having debuted their new Aston Martin Vantage GT4’s at the season opener back in February, sees the locally based TLM Racing team prepare three such cars as drivers Scott Blind, Jim Hamman and Brian O’Shaunessy embark upon a busy programme of racing that will see them compete in four – thirty-minute sprint races and a concluded two-hour enduro with just themselves behind the wheel of their own cars.

All three cars will already be familiar as having also competed within various rounds of the World Racing League so far this season with the #453 of Blind being the vibrant yellow Ruckus Racing car, the #172 being the lovely red and Martini ‘esq liveries car of Hamman and the #888 being the red, white and blue stars and stripes one of the (usual) father and son combo (and occasionally Pippa Mann too) of O’Shaunessy senior to boot.

These cars feature within a combined grid of forty-eight cars with each of the Aston’s being within the nine strong MP2A class for the sprint rounds and three of seven MP2A class cars within the twenty strong endurance round.
