Saturday, September 16, 2023

Another interesting IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Series race is in store for us later this evening as two Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4 crews feature within the second row of the grid from Indianapolis Motor Speedway with another just two cars further back.

Effectively already out of championship contention, the #88 Archangel car of Billy Johnson and the #19 Van Der Steur car driven by Austin McCusker secured P3 and P4 during today’s earlier Qualifying with todays extended four hour – into the night race scheduled for just two hours’ time.

The #64 Team TGM car of Ted Giovanis completes the AMR quartet in P27 out of the combined grid of forty-four cars – split twenty-eight GS class (GT4) cars and fourteen TCR based cars.

This weekend’s round is the penultimate round of the series.
