Archie Hamilton heads to Le Mans for Aston Martin Racing Festival.

Gulf AMR Middle East’s GT2 Vantage will return to Le Mans for the Aston Martin Racing Festival.
Young British driver, Archie Hamilton will drive the Vantage whilst team owner Roald Goethe will pilot the teams DBR9 GT1 entry.
The 45 minuet Aston Martin exclusive race will take place before the start of the main endurance event with practice and qualifying sessions in the preceding days.
“I’m very grateful to Roald for the opportunity to take part in such a great event in a fantastic car,” said Haimton. “I raced at Le Mans in the Porsche support race in 2010 so I’m very excited to be back. My goal is to race in the main event in 2013 which will be the 60thanniversary of my grandfather’s win, and this race is the best preparation possible.”
The two Gulf liveried cars are expected to be joined by over 30 other Aston Martins including another GT1 DBR9 and the new V12 Vantage GT3.
