Leroux joins Dowsett aboard his Team NZ AMR for this years Thailand Super Series

Wednesday, May 21, 2025

The now SRO enhanced Thailand Super Series gets its 2025 programme of events underway this weekend with its first round of the year from the Chang International Circuit with Team New Zealand again flying the flag for Aston Martin Racing.

Grahame Dowsett is again back with his #7 EBM Motorsport prepared AMT Vantage GT4 whilst the one co-driving alongside him has made that relatively short journey from being the team’s driver coach on the pit wall to now being both that and the co-driver.

More known to us as being a continued part of the AMR representation within the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup with the Walkenhorst Motorsport team, AMR Drivers Academy winner Romain Leroux continues his racing links within the Asian theatre with this (presumably) full season racing tie in with Dowsett.

Leroux has of course raced solo within the series at ad-hoc events like at the 2022 tie in with the F1 race in Singapore, but this time, this is the first he will have driven alongside

the Kiwi in this five-round series.
