Forsetti - return as multiple Champion winners within the GT4 Winter Series

They went to Spain and Portugal this winter as a new team, eager to learn and gel as such as they all learned their ways around each other and their Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4’s but instead, they came away with more than they had bargained for.

Tomorrow morning (Sunday), the Forsetti Motorsport team with young drivers Mikey Porter and Jamie Day will wake up as 2024 GT Winter Series Overall and Team Champions as Saturday’s opening sprint race was enough for them to clinch both Championship wins with still two races remaining.

With the rain firmly over the Circuit de Catalunya, Barcelona it was fitting that their youngest driver (Porter) did what was necessary of him during the heavily rain affected opening sprint race to the weekend to come home immediately behind their Mercedes AMG GT4 rivals to seal the deal with the Overall and Team Championships leaving Sundays final sprint race for Day and the season concluding Endurance race to see if the Norfolk based team come away with the triple by securing their Pro Class title as well.

Whatever happens on Sunday, next week will be the beginning of yet another steep learning curve as the team has also entered two 2024 AMR Vantage GT4’s into the British GT Championship for both
