Driver re-aligmnent at L&A Infinity ahead of endurance round of the Italian GT from Imola

Having already completed previous events at both Vallelunga and Mugello, this weekend’s visit to Imola will now see the team’s usually GT Sprint driver line up of William Alatalo and Mattia Di Giusto join up with their gentleman driver and former multiple Moto GP World Champion Jorge Lorenzo, with Di Giusto now making up the team’s trio for the remainder of the season.
Last time out at Mugello a week ago saw the #5 Sprint drivers clock up their first podium finish of the season with a P3 finish in Pro-Am after the first race although a fuel miscalculation in Q2 before a power steering fault during the mandatory stop during race 2 hampered any further silverware.
Like many series, each driver will take their turn at running Qualifying laps on Saturday before taking their turn within Sunday’s three-hour race starting at 14:45hrs local.
