Team NZ end their Thailand Super Series endeavours with a pair of podium finishes

The 2024 motor racing season, as far as the extended Aston Martin Racing family is concerned, came to something of a fitting end of the weekend at the finale of the Thailand Super Series in Buriram

Contesting their final round of what was a full season entry, the #7 Earl Bamber Motorsport prepared Team NZ AMR Vantage GT4 entry of Graham Dowsett and Ananthorn Tangniannatchai secured two P3 class podiums to add to others won during the five round – ten race strong season.

With the earlier rains that affected the test sessions prior to this race weekend at the Chang International having now passed them by, the final two races of the year were at least able to be completed under hot, dry but still sultry conditions although track limits would again haunt the #7 car with quicker times deleted during Q1 and a post-race five second penalty being applied to their race 1 result.

Started this final round fourth within their GT4 Pro class, these two P3 finishes in class still weren’t enough to overcome the then twelve-point gap to their class competitors then laying in third.
