Just three AMR Vantage GT4s as the NLS kicks off its second half to the season with a 6 hour affair

Wednesday, August 13, 2025

The German Nurburgring Langstrecken Serie will be back in business next weekend with its six-hour running of the NLS 6 ADAC Ruhr-Pokal Rennen event with another customary entry of over one hundred mixed class entries.

Long since the headlining 24-hour event has perhaps seen some potential entries pass these post 24hr events by but there will at least be two Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4’s from the locally based Prosport Racing team as well as another from the Walkenhorst Motorsport team plus a further identifiable driver or two completing their NLS Drivers Permit requirement ahead of potential SP9 entries next year.

The #140 SPT AMR Vantage GT8R of both Guido and Maxime Dumarey helps to make up a six-car entry within that class whilst the team’s #175 SP10 entry of Benjamin Hites, Jorg Viebahn and Michel Albers continue from where they last left off as full season entries within that six-car strong class.

The #191 Walkenhorst SP10 Am class entry concludes the AMR powered line up but with an revised driver line up of Niklas Abrahamsen, Markus Lonnarth and Jack James.

As usual, the whole event will be run over the Saturday with Qualifying starting the day off early before being waved off for this six-hour race at midday local time.
