Looking to capitalise on Fujis momentum sees D'Station Racing return to the Super GT next weekend

The Super GT Series will get back to business next weekend as their fifth round of the season takes the mixed GT500 and GT300 entry to Suzuka and a more traditional 300km race after the two sprint races last time out at Fuji.

For those individually driven sprint races, the #777 D’Station Racing Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT3 of Tomonobu Fujii and Charlie Fagg of course surprised themselves with a class winning double act for the two drivers over the course of the weekend.

Those results lifted the AMR powered crew up to second place within the GT300 Drivers Championship table, just 4.5 points off the pace setting Mercedes AMG powered #65 crew but with both crews now having to also carry the maximum 100kg additional success weight.

On top of that, the Vantage GT3 also gets a Balance of Performance adjustment in the form of its maximum turbo boost only whilst other platforms get that plus changes to their base weight, etc.

Free Practice and Qualifying will again take place on Saturday before the start of its usual pit stop and driver change punctured 300km race on Sunday.
