Two Astons to see out final races of the VP Racing Sportscar Challenge from Road Atlanta this weekend

Completing the trilogy of GT series with Aston Martin Racing powered participation this weekend at the IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship from Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta also sees the final round and races of the VP Racing Sportscar Challenge Series.
Their sixth round of the season has usually just seen the zebra like livery of the #72 Rebel Rock Racing AMR Vantage GT4 of Frank DePew but again this weekend, he will be joined by the #89 entry of Eric Zitza and Mike Fitzpatrick's 89X Motorsport team
Despite periodic bouts of race success throughout the year for DePew, he and indeed the #89 car do not figure within any GSX class battles for overall prizes although good races in the season finale would fuel either bronze driver well ahead of their main Michelin Pilot Challenge race later in the weekend.
Race one will take place on Thursday with race two early on Friday.
