Can we expect another Aston Martin GT3 in British GT?

Monday, March 23, 2015

All has been very quiet since the end of the 2014 season but it has become recently apparent that the PGF-Kinfaun team shall indeed be re-entering the 2015 British GT Championship with their Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3.

We now have an understanding that the teams 2015 entry has been confirmed but it will not feature their driver line up of old. We also understand that Aston Martin Racing team boss, John Gaw will NOT be racing this year but the team's other gentleman driver, Phil Dryburgh shall with another and as yet unannounced driver.

You may recall that the final races of the 2014 season saw AMR factory driver Alex MacDowall step into the team in place of John Gaw to gain valuable seat time in-between his WEC duties but as the team is not being listed to feature at Wednesday's Media Day we may have to wait a little longer to see if this entry is going to materialise or not.
