WEC Fan Photo Competition Relaunched for 2015

2015 WEC Fans Photo Competition is Launched!
With a couple of weeks gone since the first race of the 2015 season at Silverstone on the 12 April, the World Endurance Championship has launched the WEC Fans Photo Competition to find the best picture that represents the theme of 'Spirit of Le Mans'.
There are some spectacular prizes on offer with the overall winner, plus one other, traveling to Bahrain in November as VIP guests of the World Endurance Championship, with an all expenses paid trip to the Middle East to witness the final race of 2015.
Last year Audran Lernoux from Gembloux in Belgium won the overall prize after his image 'Dawn at Le Mans' was selected from the hundreds of excellent photos submitted from all over the world. He and his father enjoyed an all-expenses paid trip to Sao Paulo.
Who will be the 2015 WEC Fans Photo Competition winner?
'WEC - In Your World' was the theme of the 2015 pre season video and the video can be seen HERE to help provide some inspiration for the type of images the judges will be looking for.
To enter simply submit your best image that represents 'In Your World' from each of the following events by 12 October 2015 at 13h00 CET. You may enter one image from each of the races you attend.
The eligible events are as follows -
• 2014 6 Hours of Bahrain
• 2014 6 Hours of Sao Paulo
• 2015 6 Hours of Silverstone
• 2015 WEC 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps
• 2015 24 Heures du Mans
• 2015 6 Hours of Nürburgring
• 2015 6 Hours of Circuit of the Americas
• 2015 6 Hours of Fuji
The best images from each of the events will be selected, with the winning image receiving a full set of 2015 DVDs of the 2015 World Endurance Championship. The overall winner will be selected from these images and the winner will be announced at the start of November, with the winner, and their guest, receiving an invitation to join the World Endurance Championship in Bahrain.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter your image you need to send the following by email to fans@fiawec.com
1. Your entry in JPEG format with the file name containing your name and the event it was taken. For example JohnSmith_Silverstone.jpg
2. The image should be no bigger than 1200 pixels on the long edge of the picture.
3. The Following information should be contained in your email -
• First and last name,
• Age,
• City of Residence,
• Mailing Address,
• Telephone Number
The final winner, selected by the jury from the eight (8) previously selected individual round winners, will receive a VIP invitation for two people to attend the 2015 FIA WEC final in Bahrain (6 Hours of Bahrain), with a value of 5,000 euros, which includes:
• Two round-trip winner’s destination - Bahrain tickets in economy class. Arrival at Bahrain Thursday, 19 November 2015, departure on Monday, 23 November 2015;
• Four night hotel stay in Bahrain;
• Transportation from the airport to the hotel and to the track each day;
• Access to the FIA WEC reception (hospitality) and two passes for the Le Mans Spirit Club the day of the race;
• Access to the starting gate for the last race of the season – thrills guaranteed;
• Two invitations to the FIA WEC awards ceremony in Bahrain, on Sunday, 22 November.
