Welcome to #TeamAMR - TDS Racing

Following on from the European Le Mans Series and Le Mans 24Hours announcements in Paris last Friday, French team TDS Racing are certainly 'ramping up' for a very determined onslaught with their new 2016 campaigns.

Their mission statement is reportedly simple - "Victory in each category in which we compete".
Having gained an automatic GTE entry into the  2016 Le Mans 24H by virtue of securing the (now defunct) GTC class in last years ELMS with their BMW Z4 GT3, the Montpellier based team have also confirmed as full season ELMS entrants in both GTE and LPM2 classes.

For this 2016 campaign the team have chosen an Aston Martin Racing V8 Vantage GTE that will be operated alongside their existing Oreca 05 LMP2 Nissan entry in both ELMS and LM24. We also understand that the Vantage was preferred over a possible Ferrari chassis.

As well as Friday's confirmation the team have also recently announced a sporting and technical partnership with Rebellion Racing and Rebellion Timepieces that will see both commercial and racing resources passing both ways between the teams and we will wait and see if any of this will be associated with their GTE entry.


As yet only French businessman Eric Dermont has been named as a driving resource within the new GTE entry but the team are promising further driver information soon. With the ELMS starting in early April at Silverstone the team will certainly have to move quickly to be ready (with a new car) for then!
