WORLD CHAMPIONS in GTE Pro

Young Driver AMR, Marco Sørensen and Nicki Thiim are 2016 GTE Pro World Champions! The Danish Duo claimed the championship in style with a victory at the ninth and final round of the FIA World Endurance Championship at Bahrain in the Aston Martin Racing entered #95 Young Driver AMR-Aston Martin V8.

Young Driver AMR and Sørensen/Thiim won both the FIA World Endurance Cup for GT drivers and the FIA Endurance Trophy for GTE Pro teams at the season finale.

Young Driver AMR took world championship honours for the second time in three years after it already won the GTE Am class of the FIA WEC in 2014 with Aston Martin Racing.
