Heart of Racing AMR back for IMSA Road America

The Heart of Racing team will return to racing at the upcoming IMSA SportsCar Weekend at Road America. “We’re very much looking forward to being back racing”, said Ian James. “It was tough being on the sidelines, but as a group we feel confident in returning at Road America.”

To restart the season, Roman DeAngelis and Ian James will be behind the wheel of the #23 Aston Martin Vantage. Full season driver Alex Riberas is currently working on a Heart of Racing project which is Australasia-based and with the current travel restriction it would be impossible to do both, so for now we have decided he will remain in New Zealand. The team look forward to having Alex back racing in the U.S. soon.
