One of AMR's latest deliveries to North America

They say that some things happen in three’s and after this week’s earlier announcements from both TF Sport and Beechdean AMR about some of their plans for next season, today see’s the reveal of yet another team about to join the Aston Martin Racing family for their next season of motorsport.

Having seen the new AMR Vantage GT4 hit the racetracks of the SRO sanctioned GT4 America Series for the first time in 2020 with such achievement to a point where the Flying Lizard crew of Michael Dinan and Robbie Foley took a clean sweep of the Sprint and Sprint X Championships available to them, it is no wonder that other teams and drivers have taken note.

Again, with the help and support of the guys at CSJ Motorsport, todays see’s the GMG Racing team announce their own dual series commitment into both the Sprint and Sprint X series of SRO rules racing in North America with drivers Jason Bell and Andrew Davis with a pair of AMR Vantage GT4’s, stepping up from the Porsche that they ran in the Series in 2020.

As announced at the end of this season, racing schedules for next season change slightly with the Sprint Series being placed within the GT World Challenge USA Series to make up a greater field of inter-class racing whilst the longer, driver pit stop required Sprint X Series of racing will continue as a GT4 only event.

It appears Bell has also got in his first racing mileage within his new car at a member GT race this weekend at the Thermal Club in California!

Congratulation to all concerned for brokering and committing to this programme of racing.
