The North American racing arena has again hit the headlines tonight at the Ian Lacy Racing team become the latest convertees to the Aston Martin Racing marque for their 2021 racing commitments.

Having previously completed in the GT4 America Series with the Ford Mustang, their drivers Frank Gannett and Drew Staveley both upgrade both car and series to race together in the GT World Challenge America Serie aboard an AMR Vantage GT3.

Representing another significant scalp for AMR’s North American strategic partners, CSJ Motorsport, Susan Jary of CSJ Motorsport added “CSJ Motorsports is extremely pleased to welcome Frank and Drew with Ian Lacy Racing to the AMR/CSJ Motorsports North America family to run the first GT3 Vantage in SRO America. This will not only be an exciting addition for the 2021 season but thrilling to watch this incredible beauty on the track.”

With their new car nearing completion at the Prodrive factory, the team are hopeful of an air freighted delivery before the end of the month.

The opening round of the GT World Challenge America Series will also be at Sonoma in just under two months time.

Great to have you guys aboard.
