Al Harthy and Dinan to race together with TF Sport in Le Mans Cup support race at Le Mans

Sensing that the latest Oman Racing with TF Sport livery aboard their Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT3 revealed earlier this week was for more than just a cameo appearance within the British GT Championship round at Snetterton later this weekend, sees confirmation today of further race participation for the team in France later this month.

Today’s news from the Michelin Le Mans Cup Series sees the #95 Oman Racing with TF Sport Aston Martin entered amongst a combined grid forty-six car GT3 and LMP3 cars at this month’s Le Mans 24 Hours which the Series has supported for a number of years now.

Having earlier promised further but periodic additional outings in various series and Championships beyond that of their full season World Endurance Championship commitments, Tom Ferrier’s team will keep two of his more valued customers more involved within his own and the AMR team at large by entering a car within the two 55 minute Le Mans Cup Series 55 races that the series has available around the infamous Circuit de La Sarthe.

Omani racer Ahmad Al Harthy with this time be joined by the 2020 GT4 America Pro-Am champion Michael Dinan after the American has expressed a desire to race at Le Mans for the first time as well as other series within Europe which he is presently doing with TF Sport in the International GT Open Series with Robbie Foley.

This is not the first time TF Sport have taken multiple cars to Le Mans to compete in both the 24Hr and support races so will lie totally within the capabilities of the team to prepare all three AMR Vantage GTE's entered within the 24Hr as well as this additional AMR Vantage GT3.

The races will take place over both the 19th and 21st August.
