In the 2019-2020 season, American gentleman racer Ben Keating lost his “first” GTE Am Class win following a post-race technical infringement with his Ford GT race car but followed that up with a P2 in class overall finish at the same event in 2021 having swapped to the Aston Martin Racing Vantage GTE.

Continuing this season with the TF Sport prepared Aston Martin, during last week’s pre-event Le Pesage process back in the Place de La Republique for the first time in two years, Keating give an undertaking to ‘push the boat out’ to improve upon their last season’s position by one and that is precisely what he and co-drivers Henrique Chaves and Marco Sorenson did by the close of the race on Sunday – claiming the overall class win by just forty four seconds from the #79 Weathertech Racing Porsche and one lap from the #98 Northwest AMR crew of Paul Dalla Lana, David Pittard and Nicki Thiim.

In taking the double points available from the event, the #33 TF Sport crew come away from France at the top of the GTE Am Class with 97 points with the #98 Northwest just eights behind in second as the World Endurance Championship moves to Monza in just four weeks’ time.

These are just a few of the 'too many' images that we took at this years event - hopefully you'll enjoy them too!
