Joining Rianna O’Meara-Hunt behind the wheel of a Heart of Racing Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4 in next seasons SRO GT4 America Series will be young American racer, Hannah Grisham.

Both young ladies scooped this coveted prize after an extensive two-day test held by the team at the Apex Motor Club circuit in Phoenix, Arizona pitching nine like-minded and ability lady racers against one another.

As confirmed last night, Kiwi O’Meara-Hunt was already part of that programme in her native racing environment down under in her Heart of Racing sponsored Toyota 86 having progressed up from karting and Grisham is no different since starting her racing career at the unbelievable age of four from karting through to MX-5 Cup through to competing most recently within the World Racing League in a Porsche.

In an exercise originally intended to bring just one driver along, the team eventually decided upon a full car line up with a further driver, Anna Rhule selected from the nine for a testing role within the team.

What’s not clear now is the class in which this duo will compete within the Series as neither are listed within the FIA Driver Categorisation list so either Silver or indeed Am class is possible but it is already clear that time for them is now be of the essence, as the GT4 America Series starts at Sonoma at the end of April.
