One missing but still eight Astons at FFSA GT4 opener this weekend
Wednesday, April 05, 2023
Just running through the entry list ahead of this weekend’s FFSA GT4 opener around the Circuit Paul Armagnac de Nogaro in south-western France but we appear to be one Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4 crew down on what was originally listed.
With the SRO Series originally posting a thirty-six-car entry for the Easter weekend opener, we now appear to be missing the #6 Mirage Racing AMR Pro-Am entry of Yves Lemaitre and Vincent Beltoise for reasons as yet unclear.
That does still leave us with a further eight Aston Martin’s of course, all from the much-established AGS Events Racing, Mirage, GPA Racing and Racing Spirit of Lemans stables across each of the available Am, Pro-Am and Silver classes and throughout the two scheduled one-hour races over the weekend.
With some names only being confirmed with teams within the last week, the expected AMR contingent should consist of: -
#89 AGS Events Racing (Pro-Am) Nicolas Gomar / Hugo Bac
#98 AGS Events Racing (Am) Didier Dumaine / Christophe Carriere
#92 Racing Spirit of Lemans (Silver) Mateo Villagomez / Victor Weyrich
#74 Racing Spirit of Lemans (Am) Clement Dub / Ronald Basso
#7 Mirage Racing (Silver) Louis Meric / Romain Carton
#5 Mirage Racing (Silver) David Kullman / Ruben Del Sarte
#39 GPA Racing (Pro-Am) Baudouin Detout / Tom Verdier
#72 GPA Racing (Am) Kevin Jimenez / Florent Grizaud
