TeamAMR welcomes Solaris Motorsport

Today saw Italian sportscar team Solaris Motorsport become the latest member of the #TeamAMR family with the arrival of their V12 Vantage GT3.

With the primary intention of entering the Italian GT championship in conjunction with a newly forged partnership between the Pescara team and the Aston Martin factory shall allow the marque to establish a 'point of reference' within Italy. With the team having a well established history with other series such as in Radicals and in the International GT Open it may also allow us to see team boss Francesco Sini's car further afield in 2016.


The seven round, two race per meeting format of the Italian Gran Turismo Championship kicks off at Monza in early May.

Francesco Sini, one of the two drivers that will be at the wheel of the Vantage GT3 is overjoyed with the agreement as will produce a strict collaboration between the two structures. "I am incredibly happy! Having the chance to bring an historic and successful brand like Aston Martin back to the Italian GT gives me an indescribable emotion".
