TRG-AMR to miss Aston Martin Racing Festival

It was with some regret last night that we learned that California based, The Racer Group will not be defending their Aston Martin Racing Festival crowns at this years event from Le Mans.

Having fielded a very sizeable grid of seven cars of the 35 car entry last time out in 2015, as well as shipping over one of their extra-ordinary trailer rigs, we believe that the team has failed to generate sufficient interest from their racing clientele to make the long trip to Le Sarthe cost effective as well as having other, more pressing local racing challenges.


2015 saw the team came first in the GT4 class and second in the GT3 class in the red flagged event.


Although the teams cars will not be there, the Kevin Buckler lead team will still be coming over in force for the more refined, social event!
