In other news from over the last few days sees the German based Doer Motorsport team confirm a new Nurburgring Langstrecken Serie signee as well as a change within the Van Der Steur IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge entry for this season.

Having advertised their availability of providing the mechanism of gaining someone’s full Nordschliefe permit, the Doer Motorsport team last week confirmed that Danish driver Niklas Kjorer had signed with the team for a full season of NLS that should result in his full permit required for progression up to the SP9 (GT3) classes.

He will share on of the team’s Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT4 cars with an as yet unconfirmed co-driver.

Then over in North America, there seems to be a change in driver line up for the #19 Van Der Steur Aston Martin Racing team ahead of this week’s Roar before the 24 official test that precedes next weekend’s opening round of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Series from Daytona.

The previous entry list confirmed Rory Van Der Steur partnering Tiger Tari aboard their Vantage GT4 alongside that of AMR Factory driver Valentin Hasse-Clot for the four-hour opener but since then, former Lamborghini Trofeo racer Dominic Starkweather has confirmed that he will now be partnering Van Der Steur and Hasse-Clot at Daytona and Van Der Steur for the full MPC season.

Only time will tell on that one!!
