It was a triumphant end to the 2024 Nurburgring Langstrecken Serie for the four Aston Martin Racing powered crews at the end of the final four-hour round of the series this afternoon.

Prosport Racing and the Dorr Motorsport teams again represented the AMR marque with their four entries split across the SP9 Pro, SP10 and SP8T classes.

For the #17 Prosport GT3 entry, it was a step up to the full Pro class with some of their more usual drivers in Marek Bockmann and Nico Bastian this time teaming up with Adam Christodoulou where they ended their afternoon’s work third overall behind the more powerful Team Landgraf Mercedes and Manthey EMA Porsche.

Their team celebrations were bolstered with their AMR Vantage GT4 of Guido and Maxime Dumarey also claiming a class podium finish after the Belgian based drivers finished P2 within their #140 SP8T classed entry.

The Dorr Motorsport team were not to be outdone however with their pair of AMR Vantage GT4 SP10 entries as full season entrants Oskar Sandberg, Aaron Wenisch and Nick Wustenhagen claimed the top step of the rostrum within that class with their #169 car whilst their sister #179 entry of Phil Dorr, Stefan Gaukler and ‘Montana’ came home close behind to claim third in class.
